職位描述:

1、構(gòu)建和引導電子商務(wù)團隊,負責持續(xù)的產(chǎn)品營銷、數(shù)字營銷、CRM、執(zhí)行、分析和技術(shù)支持電子商務(wù)戰(zhàn)略目標和戰(zhàn)術(shù)目標;
?
2、與我們的設(shè)計師,網(wǎng)站開發(fā)人員和內(nèi)容團隊,確保品牌的H5網(wǎng)站和合作伙伴網(wǎng)站易于使用和導航;
?
3、建立和推動銷售規(guī)劃、交叉銷售和促銷活動;
?
4、冠軍一個數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動、測試和學習方法來優(yōu)化用戶體驗;
?
5、進行銷售和交通分析主動識別增量銷售和利潤機會所有電子商務(wù)站點的品牌;
?
6、檢查網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容和系統(tǒng)正常工作,以確保最大的正常運行時間和送貨服務(wù)從我們的物流合作伙伴;確保最高水平的系統(tǒng)安全,以保護客戶數(shù)據(jù)和防止網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊;

7、監(jiān)控競爭網(wǎng)站、行業(yè)趨勢和新技術(shù)和數(shù)字服務(wù)確保品牌保持行業(yè)標準的前沿。

Specifically, the main areas of responsibility will be to:
?
- Build and lead the ecommerce team, which is responsible for the on-going product merchandising, digital marketing, CRM, fulfillment, analysis and technology to support ecommerce goals and objectives.
?
- Work with our designers, website developers and content team to ensure that the brand’s H5 site and partner sites are easy to use and navigate.
?
- Establish and drive merchandising planning, cross selling/upselling, and promotions.
?
- Champion a data-driven, test and learn approach to optimizing the consumer experience.
?
- Undertake sales and traffic analysis to proactively identify incremental sales and profit opportunities for all ecommerce sites operated by the brand.
?
- Check that site content and systems are working properly to ensure maximum uptime and delivery service from our logistic partner. Also ensure the highest level of system security to protect customer data and to prevent cyber attacks.

- Monitor competitive websites, industry trends and new technology and digital services ensuring that the brand is staying on the forefront of industry standards.

任職要求:
?
1、商業(yè)、市場營銷、信息技術(shù)、計算機科學或相關(guān)專業(yè)的學士學位,流利的普通話,有一定的英語能力;
?
2、作為珠寶、時尚或其他類型生活品牌的電子商務(wù)經(jīng)理,你有8年以上的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗;
?
3、數(shù)字營銷策略和分析、物流和消費者服務(wù)方面的專家知識;
?
4、對自己操作的H5站點和合作伙伴商業(yè)平臺的不同技術(shù)組件、數(shù)據(jù)庫創(chuàng)建和管理以及安全問題有深入的了解;
?
5、很強的領(lǐng)導能力、談判能力、組織能力和溝通能力。

WE SEEK
?
You have 8+ years of relevant experience as ecommerce manager for a jewelry, fashion or other type of lifestyle brand.
?
You have expert knowledge of digital marketing strategies and analytics, logistics, and consumer service. You have expert understanding of the different technology components of an own-operated H5 site and partner commerce platforms, database creation and management, as well as security issues.
?
You are self-motivated and have exceptionally strong leadership, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
?
You hold a Bachelor degree in business, marketing, information technology, computer science or equivalent. You are fluent in Mandarin. English language abilities is a plus.
